Brownies Shiny Crust
Want brownies that have a crisp layer on top (shiny crust)? this is a recipe that can be tried. This recipe is guaranteed to fail.
Ingredients
For Toppings:
How to make :
Ingredients
- 150 grams of dark cooking chocolate
- 120 grams of refined sugar
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla powder or vanilla essence
- 2 eggs
- 5 grams of cornstarch
- 60 grams of moderate protein flour
- 5 grams of milk powder
- 40 grams of cocoa powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 50 grams of margarine (blue band cake and cookies)
- 5 tablespoons of oil
For Toppings:
- almond slice, choco chip, etc. according to taste.
How to make :
- Melt margarine, chocolate and cooking oil by the team method. Stir until smooth and set aside.
- Preheat the oven using medium heat, for at least 10 minutes.
- Beat eggs, refined sugar, and vanilla at medium speed until foamy (no need to expand). Keep sugar and eggs thoroughly mixed evenly because this is an important factor for producing shiny crust.
- Sift flour, cocoa powder, milk powder, cornstarch, and baking powder. Enter the mixture from the flour sieve into the egg little by little. Stir with a low-speed mixer for about 1 minute until smooth.
- Then add the melted margarine chocolate mixture, stir with a spatula.
- Prepare a baking sheet, spread the baking sheet with margarine with a layer of baking paper on top. Try to add a little on the right and left the pan to make it easier when lifting the cake.
- Pour the mixture into the pan, leave the mixture in the pan for about 5 minutes. Bake the brownies in the oven over medium heat for 50-55 minutes (or can be adjusted to each type of oven).
- When it's done, remove from heat and garnish with toppings to taste. Let stand to cool at room temperature, serve.
